Biography

Since entering the NFL in 2006, Antoine Bethea has had no trouble making a name for himself. With a Super Bowl win and Pro Bowl appearance already under his belt, Bethea has managed to record over 250 tackles and snag seven interceptions in just three seasons. Antoine was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the sixth round of the 2006 NFL Draft and has established himself as a key member of the team’s secondary. While attending Denbigh High School in Newport News, Virginia, Bethea excelled as a student-athlete which earned him a spot on the football team at Howard University. Success continued to follow Antoine throughout his college years, receiving numerous accolades and 1st Team All-America honors his senior season.  With a strong desire to give back to the community, Bethea hosted a youth football camp in his hometown of Newport News in 2008 and has now joined forces with the Touchdown Shutdown Program to benefit After-School All-Stars. There is no doubt that Antoine Bethea will continue to make positive strides both on and off the field.
